Couch to 5K is designed to get you off the couch and running 5km in just 10 weeks. The plan involves three runs a week and a different running schedule each week. One of the run is done on your own.
You will be coached by members and coaches of the Portishead Running Club. We will monitor your progress and give you tips on running, useful exercises and stretching along the way.
We will meet at the Hutch by the Lido in Portishead, on Mondays 19:00 and on Saturdays at 8:30 AM.
The course starts on January 6th 2019, for the initial meeting please arrive earlier. Briefing and initial registration starts at 18:30.
